Referral Guidelines

We appreciate your confidence in referring your valued patients to us for their surgical need. We promise to treat them with the utmost professionalism and care.

The major reason we developed the Dental Implant Center of Central Utah is to give you and your patients the option to receive these surgical services close to home, at a substantially lower cost. We hope these options will allow you to help your patients make the decision to pursue the best that modern dentistry has to offer.

We will:
•Only discuss and/or treat the reason for the referral
•Will not solicit the patient to become a member of our general dental practice
•Will not accept the patient to our general dental practice for three years following the end of surgical treatment
•Keep you informed of treatment progress
•Provide any training or assistance you may need when restoring the implants
•Re-inforce the treatment plan you and the patient have agreed upon
•Be up front about the cost of treatment and not vary from the agreed upon fee

We ask that you:
•Inform the patient that we are general dentists -- they do have the option to have these surgical services performed by a specialist
•Inform us immediately of post-operative complications that may be reported to you
•Reinforce the need for continued follow up care and routine examinations and radiographs
